9. The Junior Ocean Protector Programme at S.E.A. Aquarium

Enjoy bonding time during the school holidays with the Junior Ocean Protector Programme at S.E.A. Aquarium (S.E.A. 海洋馆), which runs from now to 25 June 2023. Children and adults alike will have the opportunity to delve deeper into marine biodiversity and conservation through fun and enriching activities. Each six-hour session also includes exclusive behind-the-scenes access at the aquarium – participants get to join Aquarists as they prepare food for the marine animals, see a shark’s egg up close and learn more about the lifecycle of sea jellies. There is even a craft workshop to teach participants how to assemble a portable microscope and use it to see tiny artemia – or brine shrimp – from S.E.A. Aquarium in detail.

The Junior Ocean Protector Programme is for children aged 7 to 12 and an accompanying adult, with one session per day from Fridays to Sundays, from 9am to 3pm. Tickets are available from now to 21 June at S$428, including a S.E.A. Aquarium One-Day ticket and lunch.
