5. Taste Paradise’s Seasonal Flavours
Taste Paradise’s new seasonal menu featuring a medley of luxurious catch from the sea and land will be available for a limited time from now to 30 April 2023. Look forward to Taste Paradise’s Doubled-Boiled Black Chicken Soup with Sea Whelk and Sea Coconut (S$76.90, UP: S$85.90), the Steamed Coral Trout with Pickled Cabbage and Potato Vermicelli (S$18/100g, UP: S$20/100g), Stir-fried Osmanthus Mussel with White Asparagus in Black Truffle Sauce (S$76.90, UP: S$86.90) and Boston Lobster Black Truffle Fried Rice with Sakura Shrimp (S$76.90, UP: S$88.90).
Steamed Coral Trout with Pickled Cabbage and Potato Vermicelli (S$18/100g, UP: S$20/100g) was our highlight. The grouper is prepared in convenient fillets, with all the bones removed, before steaming together in a rich superior stock, further texturised with additions of chewy potato noodles and black fungus for a bite.
