8. Gokoku Japanese Bakery Opens 4th Outlet at Tampines Mall

Easties Rejoice! Gokoku Japanese Bakery from Kobe has opened its fourth outlet in Singapore at Tampines Mall.  Gokoku Japanese Bakery’s new branch will carry all its signature offerings. Using traditional Japanese ingredients such as brown rice and sakadane — a traditional rice yeast specially flown in from Japan. Gokoku’s buns are baked from scratch every day. They follow closely the production methods and techniques that Japanese kitchens and bakeries use. Bread lovers can look forward to fresh buns all day long.

Don’t miss one of their bestsellers includes a hearty Gokoku Shichifuku Pan. It is made with brown rice flour, rye flour, sunflower seeds, malt, oatmeal, linseeds and soybeans. All ingredients from Japan gives the Pan a soft and chewy texture. Another highlight includes the Mochi Mochi Cheese which uses Gokoku’s signature Meiho dough. The dough gives an addictive chewy ‘mochi mochi’ texture.

Gokoku Japanese Bakery Tampines is located at Tampines Central 5, #B1-K7 4, Singapore 529510.
