5. Hairy Crab Lunch Set at Ken Japanese Restaurant
The hairy crab season is in! Ken Japanese Restaurant has launched a limited-time only Hokkaido Hairy Crab Lunch Set (S$88) from now to the end of September. You can enjoy the crabs in four different ways, from the sweet and flavourful Hairy Crab Chawanmushi to a refreshing salad and crunchy hot spring rolls.
Besides the Hokkaido Hairy Crab Lunch Set, Ken Japanese will also be unveiling the Ken Special Bento (S$38). This lunch bento comes with sashimi, tempura, sushi, California roll, chawanmushi and miso soup.
Other lunch sets such as the Ken’s Bento (S$28), Special Sushi Set (S$58), Unagi Don (S$28/half, S$39/regular), Negitoro Uni Ikura Don ($78) and kaiseki-style omakase from a six-course Lunch Omakase (S$88) or nine-course Special Lunch Omakase (S$168) are also available.
