18. Visit The Newest Bird Paradis
About 3,000 people flocked to Bird Paradise at the Mandai Wildlife Reserve on the first day of its soft opening. Their soft launch will run from now till 26 May 2023. As a special welcome surprise for the early birds, the first eight guests to enter Bird Paradise today scored a one-year Friends of Wildlife membership, which entitles them to unlimited visits to any of the four wildlife parks at the Mandai Wildlife Reserve.
Existing members will get a complimentary Bird Discovery Tour. Visitors were enthralled by the first flight of avian presentations and the up-close interactions with many feathered friends at feeding sessions and keeper talks in the eight large walk-through aviaries and the Ocean Network Express Penguin Cove. As one of the last birds to move to Bird Paradise, the penguins continue to explore their new state-of-the-art, multi-level indoor habitat while guests look on in awe of the fascinating oceanic life of penguins, both above and underwater.
