6. JAPAN RAIL CAFE’s Fukushima Food Fair
JAPAN RAIL CAFE is presenting a month-long ‘Fukushima Food Fair’ this November. The event provides free tasting of top-notch fish and sake from now to 8 November 2022 that welcomes all to have a taste of the best that Fukushima has to offer, such as Joban-mono Seafood and more.
The third largest prefecture in Japan, Fukushima is a treasure trove of produce and sake. There are also JAPAN RAIL CAFE exclusive Fukushima products, including Aizu Tenpo yuzu miso and spicy miso; Horaiya amazake (fermented rice drink); and Hanaharu sake brewery’s Yume no Kanade Junmai Daiginjo.
A panel exhibition introducing the charms of Fukushima will also be ongoing throughout November – daily from 11 am to 7 pm, where one and all can discover more about Fukushima!
