4. MoVida Original Singapore

MoVida Original, led by Chef Frank Camorra, is a renowned restaurant that has earned a coveted hat from Australia’s prestigious The Age Good Food Guide. Often credited with igniting Melbourne’s passion for modern Spanish cuisine, MoVida has become a beloved staple in the city’s dining scene.

Since its establishment in 2003 on Hosier Lane, MoVida Original has been celebrated for its outstanding tapas and sharing plates. Using Australian ingredients to create authentic Spanish flavors, the MoVida brand has since expanded across Melbourne and beyond, with five distinct concepts under its name.

Now, MoVida Original has arrived in Singapore, opening its doors at Raffles City (#03-43). Headed by Chef Adrian Clemmens, a founding team member and former Head Chef of MoVida Original in Melbourne, the Singapore branch promises the same exceptional quality and character. Alongside MoVida’s signature dishes, like the crowd-favorite seafood paella (S$75++), Chef Clemmens and his team have crafted exclusive creations tailored to Singapore’s palate. Highlights include grilled abalones in a rich butter emulsion (S$16++), lobster croquettes with a creamy filling (S$12++), and chicken liver parfait tartlets (S$8++), all perfectly complemented by an exciting selection of award-winning wines.

MoVida Original Singapore is located at 252 North Bridge Rd, #03-43, Singapore 179103.
