Drawing inspiration from its rich historical backdrop, Jiak Kim House endeavors to revive the narratives of bygone eras through its evocative interiors and innovative Modern Asian cuisine helmed by Chef-Partner Seow Tzi Qin (Chef TQ). Complementing the dining experience is an in-house floral atelier dedicated to crafting exquisite custom flower arrangements. Chef TQ leads the culinary team at Jiak Kim House, curating a menu that showcases hearty modern classics celebrating the vibrant flavors of Southeast Asian cuisine with a contemporary twist.

With a commitment to delivering a fulfilling dining experience, Jiak Kim House’s menu comprises Chef TQ’s personal favorites—beautifully plated dishes brimming with familiar yet robust flavors, epitomizing the essence of Modern Asian cuisine. Delve into seafood specialities like the Herbal Scallop ‘Pao Fan’ (S$42++), a refined take on Teochew ‘Pao Fan’ featuring pan-roasted Hokkaido scallops in a nourishing angelica root dashi. The Kam Heong Sambal Grouper (S$40++) is a boldly flavored Tiger Grouper fillet marinated overnight in black peppercorns and homemade sambal. The Garum Quail Panggang (S$46++), a beautifully charred butterflied bird served alongside creamy celeriac mash, is exceptionally delicious.
