5. Dirty Supper

Dirty Supper is a Singaporean restaurant that focuses on whole-animal cooking and innovative grilling techniques. Their menu boasts a “pride in produce” philosophy, meaning it changes seasonally based on the freshest available ingredients. Diners can expect a range of small and large plates, perfect for sharing.  The menu highlights Chef Smit’s signature style of ingredient pairing, resulting in unexpected yet delightful flavor combinations.

To start, enjoy snacks like the Pig Head Nugget (S$16++) with white anchovy, and the Duck Liver Parfait (S$18++) with whitlof. Small plate highlights include the Forgotten Carrot “Schnitzel” (S$16++), Raw Prawn (S$24++) with black lime and pickled chili, and the Lamb Tartare (S$22++) with black garlic and cured yolk. These light bites will be available from 3pm all night and are best enjoyed with cocktails or wine.

For large plates, the must-tries are the Olive Brined Lamb Rump (S$44++) with caramelised cauliflower, Pork (S$38++) with roast leek and burnt pear, and the BBQ Squid (S$36++) with a pork fat relish and pickled tomato.

Ending off on a sweet note, tuck into desserts such as the Milk Cake (S$14++), smoked ice cream, and the Chocolate Torte (S$16++) with whiskey compressed strawberry.

The cozy and intimate setting at Dirty Supper and the chance to interact with the chef and bartender create a friendly and memorable dining experience.

Dirty Supper is located at 78 Moh Guan Terrace, #01-19, Singapore 162078.
