Furthermore, you get to cook your own preferred cuts of meat over a choice of 5 types of firewood – Jarrah, Hickory, Oak, Cherry, Applewood. Lest for that perfect char and smokiness! Furthermore, NY Verden offers you a modern dining experience that you can make truly personalised. You can either cook up the perfect cut of Wagyu Beef or Iberico Jowl. In addition, seafood dishes are also available. There are air-flown French oysters and Grilled Tiger Prawns to Black Cod.
