Okay, take a breath and calm down. (I’m talking to myself.)
Outdoor music festival Neon Lights has announced its dates for this year – Nov 26 and 27 – as well as two popular acts that will be headlining: Foals and Sigur Ros.
The bands will be playing full sets at the Neon Lights festival, and this will be Sigur Rós’ only show in South East Asia and Foals’ only appearance in Singapore this year.
Saturday, Nov 26: Foals
British sensation Foals has been touted by many as one of the must-see acts in the world. They were just seen playing at Coachella and will also headline the Reading and Leeds festival later this year.
The band’s latest album “What Went Down” skyrocketed the band to even greater heights, becoming Foals’ best album yet.
Sunday, Nov 27: Sigur Rós
The much-loved Icelandic experimental rock band Sigur Rós returns to Singapore after their sold-out debut concert in 2012.
Tickets were snapped up within days of that release, and Sigur Rós went on to rock their magic to an adoring crowd of 9,000 fans who showed up in full force despite bad weather.
The rain even fell in sync with their set. I’m not joking.
