2. Sushi Sei’s Three-Month Omakase Menu
Singapore has warmly embraced Chef Manabu Saitoh, a Hokkaido Master of Japanese Cuisine, since his arrival in October 2022. To show their appreciation for their loyal patrons, Sushi Sei has crafted the Anniversary Omakase Menu, featuring five appetizers, six sushi creations, a dessert, and Chef’s signature hand-whisked matcha tea served with house-made warabi mochi.
You can savour the Anniversary Omakase Menu (S$488++) for three months starting from now to January 2024. As a token of friendship, Sushi Sei is offering an exclusive one-for-one promotion during November, available from Sunday to Thursday. The culinary journey begins with Zensai, a five-item plate that captures the essence of the season and continues with courses like the traditional Matsutake Suimono, a clear bonito soup infused with the subtle flavours of seasonal matsutake mushrooms, fresh sashimi, and two dishes highlighting the finest catches of the season, one simmered and one grilled.
The nigiri sushi course features specially imported seafood from Hokkaido and various regions of Japan, ensuring the freshest and most exquisite flavours. Conclude your meal with a red miso clam broth, followed by speciality desserts and Sushi Sei’s soothing signature hand-whisked matcha tea and house-made warabi mochi.
