A foodie weekend awaits!

1. COMO Cuisine presents Taste of COMO Perth

Taste of COMO — the pop-up dining series by the COMO Group — returns this August with a two-day residency celebrating the flavours of Western Australia.

Chef Paul Wilson of Wildflower at COMO The Treasury, Perth presents a tasting menu inspired by the six seasons of the indigenous Noongar people: Birak, Bunuru, Djeran, Makuru, Djilba, and Kambarang. Dishes move with the rhythm of the seasons, from the delicate Duck Liver with hibiscus and duck skin granola — a reflection of Birak, the first summer — to the vibrant Cured Scallop with pickled cucumber granita, evoking Djeran, the Noongar autumn. The journey culminates in richer plates such as Pardoo Wagyu (MS9), an indulgent tribute to the cooler months.

An optional wine pairing, curated by Emma Farrelly, Director of Wines at COMO The Treasury, spotlights Western Australia’s celebrated terroir with labels like Voyager Estate and Leeuwin Estate from Margaret River.

The tasting menu, available for dinner on 22 and 23 August 2025, is priced at S$140++ or S$210++ with wine pairing.

COMO Cuisine is located at Level 2, 30 Bideford Rd, COMO Orchard, Singapore 229922.
