7. IMAMURA’s Seasonal Menu
IMAMURA’s inaugural seasonal menu will be available throughout February 2024. Showcasing a meticulously crafted array of dishes designed to elevate the dining experience, this menu is the brainchild of Chef Imamura, who is dedicated to delivering an unparalleled flavor sensation.
Anticipate the kamutsu soup, artfully served in Restaurant IMAMURA’s cherished antique bowl adorned with the inscription “富貴.” The beef fillet, prepared in IMAMURA’s distinctive fashion, is accompanied by boiled urui, deep-fried garlic chive, pickled radish, and grilled beef fat. Completing the culinary delight is the Amazaka dessert, comprising apple, orange, and shiratama mochi, bathed in assorted syrup and sprinkled with kinako powder.
