Le Shrimp Ramen, a Chinese la mian concept fusing both Chinese and Japanese culinary influences, is also the very first la mian restaurant in Singapore to offer shrimp broth! With its new outlets at Changi Airport Terminal 3 and The Star Vista recently opening, Le Shrimp Ramen is also having a great promotion this weekend, 1-2 June 2019, at said outlets: a 1-for-1 on any noodle dish! Try the Le Signature Trio Shrimp Ramen (S$19.90); a prawn-lover’s paradise of huge prawns, handmade ebiko prawn paste and prawn dumplings. Or go for the kitchen’s new creation of Le Shrimp Trio Tossed Ramen (S$19.90), where al dente la mian is tossed with specially concocted umami sauce, before being topped with peeled fresh prawns, ebiko prawn paste, prawn dumplings, cucumber strips and cabbage.
