4. My Community Festival 2022
My Community Festival (MCF)’s third edition of the festival will run from now to 21 August 2022. With its biggest line-up of community-driven tours and experiences yet! The festival will provide eye-opening opportunities for an insider’s look into the lives of the communities who call Singapore home. Participants will get to meet with everyday people of different communities that share our island home. Hearing their stories and open up new perspectives on what constitutes our Singaporean community.
One of their new programmes is Hello! My Lovely Neighbourhood. It features the culturally-rich precincts of Changi Village, Alexandra Village and Chinatown as festival villages. It also offers a host of free events and self-guided trails over the festival’s three weekends!
During the festival’s opening weekend (6 & 7 August 2022), explore Changi Village – one of Singapore’s most beloved neighbourhoods and a popular spot for locals and tourists alike- and say hello to the lovely residents!
