5. Mangrove Discovery series
The Mangrove Discovery series, a special for this September school break, will bring you paddling into Sungei Khatib Bongsu which has a large mix of mangrove and secondary forest. Located adjacent to Seletar Island, Sungei Khatib Bongsu is considered the largest mangrove forest in the north-eastern shoreline of Singapore. As you paddle through the estuarine channels, marvel at Singapore’s lush nature and learn more about our flora and fauna.
