5. Meadesmoore’s Know Your Beef Dining Experience
Meadesmoore, the modern steakhouse in Telok Ayer will be conducting a Know Your Beef — a unique educational dining experience for beef connoisseurs on 6 August 2022.
Satiate your cravings and curiosity to an exclusive sharing and dining experience with Executive Chef Victor Loy and co-owner Stanley Seow, who will share insights into the world of unusual premium steak cuts. Thereafter, feast on Meadesmoore’s cuisine — inspired by classic steakhouses, elevated by an exuberant sense of place.
Watch Chef Victor present each cut, explain marbling and which part of the cow it comes from, before slicing them up and torching them, omakase-style, a la minute. You’ll then be invited to taste each cut, served simply with salt on the side. Next, head downstairs for an indulgent dinner of Meadesmoore’s signature dishes like the rich Bone Marrow, the appetising Grilled Baby Octopus Piperade, their luxuriously tender beef in the main dish of Snake River Farms Wagyu MS 6/7 Coulotte and more.
The dining experience is priced at S$200++ per pax with the option to add on S$50 per pax for 3 glasses of Coravin wines.
