8. Tsuta Japanese Dining’s World First Store
Head chef Yuki Onishi, as Tsuta expands its dining concepts and launches the Tsuta Japanese Dining. A modern Japanese dining concept that brings its craft and devotion to natural ingredients beyond ramen.
The World’s First Tsuta Japanese Dining store has opened in Singapore. You can expect an extensive range of new items – makis, sushi taco, temaki sushi cones, tempura, croquettes, rice bowls, hamburg, okonomiyaki and more. All specially curated with a modern touch, alongside all eight signature ramen flavours.
Debuting to fans this April at 313@somerset, the signature items of the new concept include Sushi Cone Temaki. Each generously stuffed with luxurious ikura, negitoro or decadent uni, Salted Egg Maki, a modern take on the traditional seafood maki roll, enriched with generous lashings of house-invented salted egg yolk sauce and tobiko, and Steak Maki, a full-bodied red meat rendition of the maki roll using prime beef from Japan.
