The newly opened Ginza Shinto, contemporary Japanese sushi and omakase joint is nestled in the bustling locale of Robertson Quay.
Helmed by Chef Ron Newton Leo with over 30 years of experience in fine Japanese cuisine and having trained under notable Japanese chefs like Nogawa-san and the late Santoro-san, he showcases an exquisite flight of the season’s freshest produce from appetisers and nigiri, to sashimi and cooked food dishes with produce imported directly from Toyosu Market, Japan among others from Osaka and Hokkaido.
In commemoration of the grand opening of Ginza Shinto, they will be offering their Negitoro Ikura Uni Don at only $35 (U.P.$55)! Each bowl is served with a side of silky chawanmushi and piping hot miso soup.
