Executive Sous-Chef Patrick Benedetti presents a delicious line-up of moreish savouries such as Wagyu Beef Bresaola with Smoked Burrata, Maine Lobster Brioche Roll with Organic Eggs and Black Truffle, as well as a Jumbo Lump Crab and Bottarga Tart, among others.
On the sweet side, guests can look forward to enjoying a chocolate discovery with specially handcrafted desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Audrey Yee. The Chef’s menu of sweets includes the Pistachio Financier with a creamy Opalys 33% white chocolate ganache, a Hazelnut Brownie made with malty cocoa-rich Jivara 40% and Passion Fruit, as well as a Chocolate Almond Choux with Manjari 64%, made from rare cocoa beans from Madagascar. The Black Forest Tart with aromatic Guanaja 70% dark chocolate, and the Chocolate and Raspberry Tart are sure to please as well for a richly decadent treat.
