GastroBeats is back and they have taken over the Bayfront Event Space and transform it into a lifestyle playground with lots of food, music and play! This will be the first large-scale festival to happen since 2020.
The event will take place for a month and will feature food, retail, live performances, Graffiti battles, as well as a food-themed inflatable playground for the kids and young at heart.
‘Gastro’ is a huge component in the festival, with 2 sections:
– Culinary Masters, which will feature a collaboration menu ($70) between international chef Sarah Todd (MasterChef Australia Season 6) and 3 other chefs, namely Derek Cheong (MasterChef Singapore Season 2 Winner), Gen Lee (MasterChef Singapore Season 1, Runner Up), and finally, George Calombaris (Judge of MasterChef Australia Seasons 1-10).
– Local Streets, that’s dedicated to Singapore’s dynamic food culture featuring traditional hawker fare (Haig Road Putu Piring, Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang) alongside new-age concepts like Kueh Ho Jiak and YouTiaoMan.
