Newly rebranded under Sofitel, the Singapore Sentosa Resort and Spa is celebrating its first Christmas with Asian cuisine influenced by French flair. New executive chef Eric Crochetiere will be cooking up a storm at the hotel’s casual chic all-day dining restaurant named Kwee Zeen [pronounced “cuisine”].
Expect to tuck into traditional Christmas dishes such as US grain-fed turkey with chestnut and fruit stuffing, giblet and cranberry sauce; alongside a selection of caviar, oysters and more.
For mains, you won’t go wrong with the Beef Wellington Mushroom with Red Wine Sauce, which is truly a treat with tender meat encased in buttery pastry.

Raffles Hotel
Raffles Hotel’s Champagne Log Cake is light on the palate yet utterly decadent.
Your palate will be spoilt for choice at Raffles Hotel, with each of its dining establishments offering a different seasonal menu. Go for teatime classics at Tiffin Room, which will serve items such as Mini Mincemeat Pies and Christmas Fruit Cake, or indulge in 5-course Christmas Eve and Christmas Day menus featuring the Capon Chicken Breast and Langoustine among others.
Bigger appetites will appreciate the Christmas buffet spreads at both Bar & Billiard Room and Long Bar Steakhouse. The former’s classic Roasted Christmas Turkey stuffed with Chestnuts, Brussel Sprouts, Bacon and Roasted Butternut and served alongside gravy and cranberry sauce, is perfectly juicy and tender.
Fans of Raffles Hotel’s signature Champagne Mooncakes, be sure to try the Champagne Log Cake, which is light, fragrant and altogether a memorable dessert.

If you fancy Asian flavours, don’t miss out on M Hotel’s Oriental Char Siew Turkey.
M Hotel’s festive buffet menu looks set to be a crowd-pleaser with a spread that includes al fresco barbecue, seafood on ice, a carving station and Christmas roasts.
Both the hotel’s dining concepts, Café 2000 and The Buffet, will be serving similar buffet menus including highlights such as Roast Cajun Spiced Whole Lamb with Mint Sauce and Roasted Beef Prime Ribs served with Port Wine Truffle Sauce.

Casual diner and purveyor of delicious burgers Potato Head Folk has unveiled a “Christmas with the Folks” festive menu available only in the month of December.
Meat lovers will no doubt enjoy the Rudolph Killah aka Roast Face Killah ($30).
The burger is juicy and flavourful, with a fallow venison and Japanese pork patty, Colston Basset stilton cheese, griddle gem lettuce, red cabbage pickle, bawang goreng (fried onion), and mure and cocoa aioli, all housed in a toasted dark chocolate brioche bun.
Potato Head Folk has also partnered with an orphanage and will donate $1 for every Rudolph Killah aka Roast Face Killah purchased.
End your meal on a sweet note with Ho Ho Homey ($9), a dessert burger that comprises Three Buns Christmas pudding, and brandy and brown butter ice cream patty sandwiched between toasted panettone brioche buns.
