For the Easter weekend, Alley on 25 will be transformed into an extensive Easter buffet experience where all can indulge in a variety of surf-and-turf delights, such as a traditional cottage pie, mac & cheese served in a parmesan wheel, slow-roasted sirloin, grilled peri peri chicken, baked salmon in beurre blanc sauce, Sarawak black pepper tiger prawns, eggs from a live egg station and more. Seafood lovers can dig into our free-flowing fresh seafood-on-ice bar with a variety of seafood such as oysters, mussels, cooked prawns, smoked salmon and more.
The Easter Weekend Brunch is priced at S$88* for adults, while children under the age of 12 years old dine for free. For an additional S$50*, guests can enjoy unlimited glasses of Delamotte champagne, red and white wines and draught beer.
