– Salted Egg Yolk: An artistic homage to the classic Mooncake. The salted egg yolk is enveloped by a thick creamy salted egg yolk ganache. Coated in a crisp 72% dark chocolate, this Chocolate Bon Bon is the perfect marriage of sweet and salty.
– Yuzu Pumpkin: The stars of Autumn’s produce, pumpkin and yuzu, are the key ingredients in this Chocolate Bon Bon. Semi-sweet & slightly savoury pumpkin seed butter and yuzu puree are encapsulated in an even layer of 72% Dark Chocolate shell.
– Honey Oolong: Sweet and delicate is how you will describe this Chocolate Bon Bon. Aromatic honey adds complexity and complements the floral understone of Alishan oolong tea. This harmonious tea-flavoured delicacy leaves a lingering, satisfying taste—best paired with tea.
– Pandan Macadamia: The well-known tropical plant, pandan, takes centre stage in this fragrant and nutty Chocolate Bon Bon. White Chocolate ganache with pandan essence is layered with lotus paste ganache and a crunchy toasted Macadamia nut.
