Although it's named Seafoodbar, there's no doubt it's so much more than just a bar — it's a restaurant through and through. Fried Herring, $3.50 per piece
Laid on a bed of pebbles, these pickled Norwegian herrings are marinated with dill before being deep-fried with sourdough batter, before topped with lemon zest and lemon thyme. The end result is a light snack with a punch of flavours.
