The newly opened Yu Zhong Bu Tong (鱼众不同) uses the freshest daily live harvest from its farm to your table. As the first in Singapore to Singapore to serve up local live fresh fish produce at best value prices in a fuss-free food court setting so everyone can enjoy them daily, marine fish is harvested from its own local coastal farm.
The highlight of the menu at Yu Zhong Bu Tong is fish, served as piping hot boiled fish soups, fried fish snacks, and in cold dishes. As the fish at Yu Zhong Bu Tong is always fresh, expect delicate sweetness that matches the tenderness of its flesh! The must-order is the fish soup, which comes in four signature flavours: Spicy Poached Fish, Sauerkraut Fish Soup, Tomato Fish Soup and Collagen Fish Soup.
