2. Dopo Teatro
All the best flavours associated with Italy can now be found at Esplanade Mall with the opening of Dopo Teatro! Start off the meal with antipasti like the Japan Sakoshi Bay Oysters, Sake Flambé Mussels. There is also the Dopo Antipasti Platter that features truffle mushroom arancini, scamorza cheese fritters, yaki nasu, cavolfiore ala diavolo, and house pickled giardiniera.
The crescendo of flavour builds with the restaurant’s pizza, pastas and secondi. For the pizzas, go for the hand stretched Verde which is topped with generous slices of mortadella, bocconcini, toasted pistachio and wild rockets.
Other highlights include the Seafood Pachheri which showcases Japanese octopus ragu ragu and Japanese baby crabs atop a bed of Italian paccheri pasta and ice plants. As well as the Barramundi Ballotine Arrosto and Maiale Alla Pastria (grilled Kurobuta pork chop)!
