1. Bedrock Origin at Oasia Resort Sentosa
Bedrock has launched a second restaurant – Bedrock Origin, at the new Oasia Resort Sentosa.
Bringing to the table a cuisine reflecting the elements of its idyllic coastal locale, where land and sea come together. The menu features more diverse ingredients such as a new and exclusive selection of seafood, dry-aged meats including fish. As well as roasted harvests, in addition to the perennial must-have steaks. The experience is complete with fine wines, traditional whiskies from around the world. Furthermore, there is a selection of rare and special spirits made by boutique family distillers in remote places.
In celebration of the new opening, diners will receive a complimentary glass of sparkling wine with any order of the main dish at Bedrock Origin and Bedrock Bar & Grill in the month of September 2021.
