Kulto, which loosely translates to knowledgeable in Spanish, defines the concept. Utmost hospitality, hearty food, and wines featuring the different terroir.
Born and bred in Rioja, Spain, Chef-Owner José Alonso helms the kitchen of KULTO, bringing along a decade’s worth of experience working with Spanish cuisine and acclaimed chefs like Michelin Starred Chef Santi Santamaria.
Expect the usual suspects – Paella – but done specially on Josper Grill that ensue an evenly cooked paella; bringing out the sweet, freshness of seafood in a theatrical play of flavours from the char from the flames. Good things come in threes, you have a choice of Seafood Paella, Squid Ink Paella, or Mushroom and Pork Sausage Paella. Be prepared to take a little heat with an exciting take on Singapore’s heritage dish, Chef Alonso has created Chili Crab Croquette – a bite-sized pocket of flavour explosion, finished with chunks of fresh crab meat bound by béchamel sauce, paired with house special chili sauce.
