Yàn is celebrating Singapore’s birthday with a National Day Dim Sum Lunch Menu. From 6 to 31 August 2022, indulge in a special selection of delicate creations during lunch hours only. It is showcasing a sumptuous spread of classic Cantonese delights incorporated with local flavours such as Wok Fried Nyonya-Style Carrot Cake and Steamed Assam Cod Fish and Prawn Dumpling.
Their Braised Pork Belly (S$6++ for 2 pieces) in Steamed Bun highlights fork tender braised pork belly that is simmered in an aromatic braising liquid of Japanese soy sauce, cardamom, garlic, and onions for 16 hours. A popular mainstay at Yàn, the Steamed Hainanese Chicken with Sticky Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaf (S$6++ for 2 pieces) presents a Cantonese interpretation of the beloved Hainanese chicken rice. Another dish you can’t miss is the enticing Steamed Assam Cod Fish and Prawn Dumpling ($9++ for 3 pieces).
