An elevated take on hawker centre must-haves, the platter comprises two Hainanese Chicken sliders – slices of tender turmeric- marinated chicken from a local farm stuffed between two house-baked buns with crispy puffed malt with spring onion and ginger mayonnaise, garlic hot sauce; 4 generous skewers of Glazed Iberico Pork Char Siu – the iberico pork is marinated in a special houseblend of bean paste, red fermented beancurd, maltose and soy then grilled on high-quality Japanese binchotan; Stingray Croquettes with spicy sambal aioli; Salted Egg Fries and Sweet Potato Fries.
