Whet the tastebuds with Chef de Cuisine Kuldeep Negi’s welcome dish, before savouring Kasoori Mahi Tikka. Look forward to authentic North Indian delights, including Dahi Pasliyan Masala, Jhinga Nariyal Curry, and Subz Cranberry Pulao, Indian basmati rice with assorted vegetables.
