OSTERIA BBR by Alain Ducasse offers a vibrant and energetic dining experience to celebrate special occasions with dear ones. Commence the meal with an exquisite selection of starters such as Sgombro Alla Fiamma. For mains, delight in Ravioli Con Guancia di Manzo and enjoy fresh seafood with San Pietro, John Dory served alongside grilled green asparagus and delectable bagna cauda sauce.
Cap off the night on a sweet note with Meringa Alla Rosa, rose meringue paired with raspberry sorbet and lemongrass sponge cake. Chocolates, a much-loved Valentine’s Day essential, are also available and made exclusively from the Alain Ducasse confectionery in Paris.
The Valentine’s Day Menu is available for dinner on 14 February 2023 at S$198++ per guest with an option of wine pairing at S$128++ per guest.
