12. Altro Zafferano
Exclusively on 14 February 2023, enjoy an exquisite five-course dinner menu (S$248++ per diner) curated for two by Executive Chef Andrea De Paola.
Savour luscious appetiser that combines the sweetness of Hokkaido sea urchin with white asparagus and Oscietra caviar followed by the soulful Risotto with artichoke, accentuated with the 100-year-old Balsamico. Exquisite flavours of seafood are highlighted in the Scampi tortelli, zucchini trombetta and scapece foam.
The main course presents a choice of premium meat and seafood. Delicate Wild dover sole is served with morels mushrooms, enlivened with champagne and orange blossom. For meat lovers, indulge in the succulent Hokkaido Wagyu with smoked shallot and fermented truffle.
Concluding the evening on an ambrosial note is a lovely pair of desserts served to each couple.
