Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Butcher’s Block with the remarkable Valentine’s Tour De Force menu conceptualised by Chef de Cuisine Jordan Keao. Begin with Wagyu Tartare plated on beef tendon chicharron, topped with caviar, and Uni Tartlet served alongside smoked sashimi poke. Continue to excite the senses with Chef’s wood-fired signatures, including Baby Corn, Smoked sashimi, Dry-aged Duck, Grilled Jeju Island Abalone, and Wylarah Australian Wagyu Striploin.
