This Father’s Day, on 15 & 16 June 2024, savor a repertoire of Cantonese and Sichuan specialties, masterfully created by two Master Chefs – Chan Hwan Kee of Min Jiang and Goh Chee Kong of Min Jiang at Dempsey.
Diners can select from three set menus (starting at $98++ per person) at Min Jiang, featuring flavorful delicacies such as Camphor Tea Smoked Duck Fillet and Fried Rice with Fresh Crabmeat, Dried Scallops, and Fish Roe. At Min Jiang at Dempsey, enjoy dishes like Steamed Sea Perch with Black Fungus and Cordyceps Flower in Light Soya Sauce and Stewed Noodles with Lobster. All set menus come with complimentary Mini Black Charcoal Salted Egg Custard Buns at Min Jiang and Longevity ‘Char Siew’ Buns at Min Jiang at Dempsey.
Additionally, guests can enjoy a complimentary bottle of Pierre Jean Merlot Red Wine or Chardonnay White Wine with a minimum of six persons at Min Jiang.
