Created personally by Executive Chef Armando who himself became a father for the first time just over one year ago. The eight-course menu is a hearty meal accompanied by a basket of fresh-baked bread. The meal begins with four starters such as a plush slice of Pan Seared Duck Foie Gras. A particularly unique item is the Lobster Salad, Catalan Style. The plump lobster flesh is paired with celery, tomato and red onion, served cold so that the rich oceanic flavours remain refreshingly light.
The set is a treat for two at $118nett and for four at $228nett, from 19 to 21 June at both lunch and dinner. One day advance order is required.
In addition, Grand Park City Hall – Tablescape’s parent venue – will be running a Father’s Day competition from 10 to 30 June 2020 with a very exciting prize! 3 winners will be picked for a one-night’s stay in their Oasis Suite; and this can be redeemed anytime from their win until 30 December 2020.
