3. Ethically-Farmed Meat

With society leaning towards a socially conscious and holistic lifestyle, ethical farming is gaining momentum. Aside from organic fruits and vegetables, there is an increasing demand for meat taken from animals, which roam free, eat a grass-fed diet and are devoid of any supplements. The recently opened Butcher’s Kitchen has cultivated this practice by liaising with only ethical farms, while Stellar at 1-Altitude takes it a notch higher by rearing its own wagyu cattle in the Riverina region of New South Wales. These sustainable farming habits also mean more delicious tasting meats.
