The Tandoori Salmon is marinated with a mixture of yoghurt and various Asian spices before being slow-baked to perfection. Whole Lamb Leg with Tikka Paste is a combination of homemade tikka paste, a popular Indian curry paste and slow roasting to achieve the aromatic aftertaste and tender texture.
