3. Rou Jia Mo (Chinese Hamburger)
If you love burgers, be sure to try the Chinese version of the American staple. The rou jia mo comes with shredded meat as opposed to a patty, with some sort of special spiced mix that showcases the flavours of the province it’s sold in. When in Shaanxi Province, try their lazhirous jiamo, which is made with pork in gravy.
