Featuring Yukee Chan and Dylan Wang, the third planning department of Gaofa Electronics Group is a brainstorming department responsible for innovation. It has successfully proposed the “Gaosi 3s” cross-generation model, which has become the main product of the group for ten years and has established Gaosi Electronics as a leader in the industry. However, it has been rendered a useless department in recent years.

The department follows four individuals in the company and their daily struggles, Li Tianran (played by Zheng Kai), Fan Sisi (played by Yukee Chen), Wu Yimei (played by Cheng Zi) and Bai Mashuai (played by Dylan Wang). The four of them all have their own career goals and ambitions but are also loyal to the department.
