1. The Jungle Book, Apr 7
The 1967 Disney animated musical comedy just got a whole lot darker. The new movie blends live-action and CGI with an all-star voice acting cast featuring Bill Murray and Scarlett Johansson among others.
2. 10 Cloverfield Lane, Apr 7
The critically acclaimed American science fiction psychological thriller has a 90% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Certainly one to put your to-watch list.
3. The Huntsman: Winter’s War, Apr 14
The prequel to the 2012 film, Snow White and The Huntsman, The Huntsman: Winter’s War revolves around the evil Queen Ravenna and her sister Freya, the Ice Queen.
4. Hardcore Henry, Apr 14
Shot entirely in first person, the audience sees everything through the eyes of Henry, a man resurrected from the brink of death as a cybernetic super-soldier. The action film follows Henry as he tries to save his wife Estelle from kidnappers.
5. Captain America: Civil War, Apr 28
One of the most highly anticipated movies of 2016, Captain America: Civil War pits Iron Man and Captain America against each other as the government calls for more regulation on Superheroes.

6. Little Big Shots, Apr 3 on Diva
Co-created by comedians Steve Harvey and Ellen DeGeneres, Little Big Shots is an American children’s talent show that features young musicians, singers, and dancers. Be dazzled by the acts these young talents can produce!
7. Sherlock: The Abominable Bride, Apr 4 on BBC First
BBC Worldwide Asia and StarHub have teamed up to launch BBC First (StarHub TV Channel 522) in Singapore. BBC First will house premium and original dramas from the BBC including critically acclaimed dramas Sherlock and War and Peace.
Unlike the regular Sherlock series, Sherlock: The Abominable Bride is set in 1895. The period piece follows Sherlock and Watson as they try to solve the death of a bride whose ghost is prowling the streets seeking revenge.
8. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Apr 15 on Netflix
Follow the adventures of Kimmy as she comes to discover the world after being locked up by a doomsday cultist for 15 years. The first season of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt was nominated for seven Primetime Emmy Awards including the award for Outstandng Comedy Series.

9. Game of Thrones, 25 Apr on HBO (StarHub TV Channel 601)
One of the most highly anticipated season premieres of the year, catch Game of Thrones at the same time as the U.S. at 9am on HBO. There will also be a primetime encore at 9pm.

11. Blue Man Group, Mar 29 to Apr 23

13. The Hummingbird, Apr 6 to Apr 9
A gripping play about faith, gender, and politics, The Hummingbird is a commissioned work by National Arts Council Young Artist Award recipient Zizi Azah. The play will be performed by BA(Hons) Acting Level 3 students of Lasalle as their graduation production.
