Start the new year right with a stimulating arts festival, J.Lo's fun workplace comedy, and M. Night Shyamalan's superhero thriller

When M. Night Shyamalan gave us the dark thriller movie Unbreakable in 2000, and the psychological horror Split later in 2016, we didn’t know immediately that the director was creating a whole superhuman trilogy series. Glass rounds out the series by bringing back and together the characters of the previous two movies. David Dunn (Bruce Willis) from Unbreakable is seeking out “The Beast,” the most monstrous of Kevin Wendell Crumb’s (James McAvoy) many personalities from Split. But they’re not the only people out there with extraordinary abilities; lurking around with a dark plan of his own is Mr Glass (Samuel L. Jackson).
Release date: 17 January
