8. Mid-Autumn Treasures at Jade Restaurant
Celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival at Jade restaurant with a specially designed menu “Mid-Autumn Treasures” by Chinese Executive Chef Leong Chee Yeng. Available from 25 September to 1 October, the six-course menu is inspired by the traditions of Mid-Autumn, such as that of admiring the moon, and features symbolic references to the festival traditionally celebrated by Chinese around the world.
The menu features premium ingredients such as abalone, scallops, live prawns and grouper. Begin with the Trio of Moonlight, featuring sautéed sliced duck in Chinese wine and soy sauce, chilled fresh abalone scented with fragrant rose wine and deep-fried scallop stuffed with shrimp paste and green pear for a refreshing crunch.
Jade’s “Mid-Autumn Treasures” menu is priced at S$98 per person. One guest dines free with every three paying adult guests. Price is subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes.
