9. Chimichanga x Cheeselads Pop-up
Get ready for a cheesy good time at Chimichanga’s exciting pop-up series, The Ami-Goes Collective, featuring their first collaboration with Cheeselads!
Indulge in two special, one-night-only (1 June 2024) cheese dishes that put a cheesy spin on classic Mexican favorites like Quesadilla and Queso Fundido. These dishes will feature aged and smoked Gouda specially chosen by Cheeselads. But that’s not all! Savor the masterful blend of flavors in two handcrafted cheesy cocktails: the “Brie-hold The Mezcal” margarita and the “Ruby Rebel” sour. Dance the night away to cheezy tunes by DJ Javier from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.
Throughout the month of June, Chimichanga’s Little India outlet will be serving the featured cocktails. Plus, you can grab some limited-edition Horchata flavored nougats, a delicious result of the Cheeselads x Chimichanga collaboration.
