Genki Sushi is thrilled to unveil a NEW, limited-time-only Wagyu Matsuri menu from now until 23 July 2023 across its 21 outlets islandwide. Prepared with finesse, the irresistible menu puts the spotlight on premium A5 Satsuma wagyu from the Minami Satsuma Valley in Kagoshima, Japan – where the cattle’s specially formulated diets include nutritious rice plants that are cultivated on the slopes of Mt Aso in Kumamoto prefecture; and top-notch wagyu with a high marbling score of 6-7 from Victoria, Australia.
Presented in various renditions, the luxurious and high-quality A5 Satsuma wagyu is infused with fragrant truffle oil from Italy and prepared in sous vide at 58 degrees Celsius for an hour. Not to be missed is the delicate and tender Mega Truffle Wagyu – the gently-torched wagyu boasts an enhanced melt-in-the-mouth texture and an appealing smoky aroma. Diners can also look forward to tucking into succulent, torched M6/7 Australian wagyu prepared in different ways such as Wagyu with Yuzu Kosho, Sukiyaki Wagyu, Wagyu Maki and the Wagyu Mini Don.
