From 4 to 6 April 2025, experience a unique cocktail and dessert omakase tasting session as Roku Sakura Bloom Gin collaborates with AMI Patisserie. Founded by Chef Makoto Arami, AMI celebrates craftsmanship and innovation.
Chef Makoto, renowned for his ability to seamlessly blend traditional Japanese flavors with European pastry techniques, has crafted an 8-course omakase menu that showcases the versatility of Roku Gin. Complementing his creations are bespoke cocktails designed by local food stylist and entrepreneur C.R. Tan, each one a harmonious symphony of flavors that highlights the subtle floral notes of the Roku Sakura Bloom Gin.
