2. ‘Many Stories, One Tampines’ Countdown to 2024 Show
The Tampines Hub is gearing up to welcome the New Year alongside Tampines residents by hosting an immersive, large-scale digital projection mapping installation titled ‘Many Stories, One Tampines’ Countdown to 2024 Show, along with captivating festivities and dazzling fireworks. The live event will occur this Sunday (31 December 2023) at Our Tampines Hub’s Town Square, from 10 pm until 12:30 am.
This artistic showcase will highlight the shared experiences and cherished memories of families and neighbors, celebrating the community spirit and inclusivity in Tampines. Enjoy performances by dynamic vocal band MICapella, local musical sensation Ska band Cesspit, and celebrity Mediacorp FM933 DJ Hazelle Teo, who serves as the host. The soundtrack will be presented by internationally acclaimed local talent DJ Tinc, adding energy to the event. The evening will culminate with a mesmerizing fireworks display at midnight during the iconic countdown celebration at Town Square!
From 30 December 2023, to 1st January 2024, the Festive Walk will be transformed into a family-friendly playground featuring a Giant Ball Pit experience and ‘Open Mic’ sessions for budding talents. Meanwhile, the Festive Plaza will host live music and cultural performances.
