4. Savour the flavours of The Preludio Movement Ep.2: Preludio X Esquina
Tantalise your tastebuds with this collaboration between Chef Ferando Arévalo of contemporary fine-dining restaurant Preludio and Chef Carlos Montobbio of Spanish tapas restaurant Esquina. This will be a one-night only dinner where the chefs will interpret Preludio’s current’ Monochrome‘ theme in their own way, as part of the second episode of #ThePreludioMovement.
Look forward to an exciting menu showcasing contemporary interpretations of Spanish and Catalan flavours; all within a black and white theme!
